The staff was very organized and professional. Your staff took additional photos until we were sure we had a good shot. I am used to being disappointed with professional photos, but when I received my order, the only word that came to mind was "awesome!". You captured my son and his team perfectly. It is without question the best photograph of him I have ever seen. Thank you for your patience in making his first sport photo one that I will be proud to display for years to come!

In fact, on one of my teams we needed to delay for about 10 minutes as player was on her way but late for the scheduled time. They were very accommodating. I did not hear any negative comments.
